Jamie Carragher expects Real Madrid to come in an Offer

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher fully expects Real Madrid to come in with an offer for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea, who has been in stunning form this season.

The Spaniard has been the only consistent player for United this season. He has received a glowing praise from various quarters, but concerns about his United future have also grown during this period. He is out of contract in less than 18 months and negotiations over a new deal appeared to have stalled for the time being.

No brainer," said Carragher on his Twitter account."I think that will happen. I think De Gea would like to go to Real Madrid. I don’t think he’ll be best pleased by how things are going at Manchester United.Casillas is a top-class goalkeeper. We’ve seen him for generations playing at the very top and he’s won everything there is to win in the game,” said McCann. Real Madrid have conceded eight more goals than table leaders Barcelona after 26 matches.
